Experience:
Ray joined
the Carlisle practice in 1983 and became a partner in 1989. He has
specific experience in Public Sector NHS PFI procurement having
worked for several Trusts nationwide obtaining OBC and FBC approval.
Food manufacturing premises, leisure facilities, housing, fire Stations
and schools PFI procurement are amongst other current projects undertaken.
Interests:
all sports (age and body have restricted active participation to
golf and cycling), opera, cats and dogs
