D'Arcy Court and South Durham Court
Internal and external refurbishment of two residential tower blocks in the Hendon area of Sunderland. D'Arcy Court was the first of the two and was administered under a traditional competitive tender. South Durham Court was negotiated with the successful contractor from the D'Arcy Court project.
Both projects were undertaken with the majority of the tenants in-situ and were effected by sympathetic decanting.

Printworks (Sovereign House), Newcastle upon Tyne
This project was a Conversion and Extension of existing disused printworks in Newcastle City Centre to provide 40 Nr. Apartments and Luxury Penthouses.
THA were involved in giving Cost Advice with Quantity Surveying Services for the development company Resicom Limited, which was a joint venture between Hanro Limited and W dot Homes Limited.
This project was a Conversion and Extension of existing disused printworks in Newcastle City Centre to provide 40 Nr. Apartments and Luxury Penthouses.
