University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne - Leazes Terrace
Leazes Terrace is a Grade I listed building built in the 1840's and one of the best examples of terraced residences in the country. Over the last five years the student bedsits within have been upgraded and refurbished to provide en-suite accommodation throughout. The provision of the new services, drain runs and ventilation systems within the existing envelope was particularly challenging on this project.
We are involved with a continuous series of Contracts with this university.
