We were appointed as Project Managers and Employers Agent on this project, which was a new warehouse and offices for a Greenfield site in Carlisle Cumbria.
Tebay Southbound Motorway Services
THA were employed as Quantity Surveyors for Westmorland Motorway Services Ltd for a new southbound service area on the M6 at Tebay. This privately owned service area has rapidly become the one that produces the high standards that the others seek to achieve, recently commended by Egon Ronay as "the best Motorway Services in England".
Project costs were approximately £4.0 million and it was completed on time and to budget.
