Experience:
Colin joined THA in 1979 at the Kendal office and became a partner in 1989. He has wide experience in leisure, commercial, industrial, healthcare and education projects including timeshare developments, hotels (one for Manchester United), theatres, visitor centres, and further afield, a 300 bedroom resort in St. Lucia.

Colin has gained a thorough working knowledge of the PFI bidding process, particularly in healthcare and education, working from initial enquiry to successful financial close.
